各終了ステップの開始時に、このターンに対戦相手１人が２点以上のライフを失っていた場合、血の長の昇天の上に探索カウンター１個を置いてもよい。（ダメージによりライフは失われる。）
カード１枚がいずこかから対戦相手の墓地に置かれるたび、血の長の昇天の上に３個以上の探索カウンターがある場合、「そのプレイヤーは２点のライフを失う。」を選んでもよい。そうしたなら、あなたは２点のライフを得る。

At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost 2 or more life this turn, you may put a quest counter on Bloodchief Ascension. (Damage causes loss of life.)
Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, if Bloodchief Ascension has three or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 2 life. If you do, you gain 2 life.
